Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Riesling was first made in 1984. It is sourced from unirrigated and organically grown estate vines at Georgia's Paddock in Heathcote.
Minimal intervention prevails in the winery. The handpicked fruit ferments in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The natural acidity of the fruit means acid adjustments are rarely necessary.
Pale straw, Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Riesling has citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a long, cleansing acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
